Long term partners Euro-Mernet, Brighton and Hove Refugee Radio, and Community Base will be organising yet another one of their increasingly popular public event to mark the Refugee Week and the World Refugee Day.
The event will take place on Thursday, 18th June, from 6.30pm to 9.30pm, with the participation of a diversity of community and voluntary groups, and the members of the public. The event venue will be the Conference Room, 5th Floor of the South Wing, Community Base, 113 Queens Road, Brighton, BN1 3XG. Community Base building is wheelchair accessible.
Among other activities and performances during the evening, guests will enjoy brief talks by the representatives of the refugee support organisations, poetry reading, live music, film screening, food and drinks from around the world, information stalls, and a great opportunity for networking.
